Meet the Founder
Amy McNaughton
I’ve spent the past several years walking alongside individuals in the White Rock community as a mental health worker. My approach is shaped by both professional training and lived experience, with a deep belief in the power of honest, imperfect, and meaningful healing.
I’m currently completing certification in Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR), trauma-informed yoga, and somatic healing facilitation. My work is grounded in a nervous-system aware, trauma-informed lens, with an emphasis on accessibility, authenticity, and compassion.
Spill Collective was created to offer a space where people can unfold and unwind, without pressure to have it all together. Healing here is allowed to be messy, tender, funny, and real.
Soon, I’ll be offering retreats that include practices like sound baths, Reiki, somatic movement, with guided journaling and meditation. These retreats are designed to support deep rest, reconnection, and a sense of shared humanity.
This work is more than a job to me. It’s a calling I’m proud to grow into and share.
