Where we Spill
-

The Setting
Spill unfolds in a lakeside home cradled by the Southern Coast Mountains, where water meets sky and everything slows down.
The rooftop patio welcomes mornings and stars alike, a place to sip slowly and watch the sky shift. Outside, the hot tub invites you to melt into stillness, while the private dock reaches into the calm water, perfect for quiet reflection.
Inside, soft light moves through open rooms designed to hold both solitude and gathering. The air carries a gentle hum of calm, a rhythm that encourages you to come as you are.
The land listens, the water soothes, and the mountains stand steady, holding space for release, return, and renewal.

The Offerings
This retreat is woven with practices that invite stillness, release, and gentle reconnection.
You can expect space for daily meditation, soundbaths, and somatic movement. There will be moments for yoga, sharing circle, and time with card guides. Journaling prompts and soft music will shape the quieter hours.
We’ll share nourishing meals prepared by our in-house chef, with coffee, tea, and warmth always nearby. Whether walking, sitting by the lake, or simply breathing in the mountains, it’s part of the rhythm here.
Come as you are, take what you need.

The Rhythm
Our days follow a gentle rhythm—steady enough to feel held, open enough to let life move through.
Mornings begin in quiet. We greet the day with guided stillness, breath, or movement, followed by nourishing food and slow time, alone or together.
Midday offers space to explore, reflect, or rest. You might join a group practice, take to the water or journal by the lake.
Afternoons hold space for deeper connection—whether through ritual or sharing circle.
Evenings are soft. Communal meals, warmth, and wind-down practices invite you to return to your body, to the moment, and to rest.
There is rhythm here, not rigidity. What’s offered is spacious. What’s honored is you.

The Invitation
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or just plain tired, this retreat is a chance to catch your breath. It’s a space I created for anyone who needs to slow down, step away from the noise, and simply be.
You don’t have to have it all figured out or be “good” at anything. Come as you are, whether that means feeling anxious, exhausted, or just curious.
During our time together, you’ll find moments to relax, reflect, and connect with others who get it. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and with simple ways to bring that peace into your daily life.
If you’ve been longing for a gentle pause and a little kindness for yourself, this is your invitation. I’d be honored to hold this space with you.
