Spill Retreat – Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Spill Retreat?

The Spill Retreat is a multi-day immersive experience designed for rest, creative expression, and emotional release. Set in a cozy, nature-rich location, it’s a chance to slow down, soften, and reconnect—with yourself and others.

Where is the retreat held?

Our current location is a serene lakeside home in Harrison, BC. Surrounded by mountains, water, and sky, this setting was chosen intentionally to support deep rest and reflection. The home features shared and private rooms, an outdoor pool, hot tub, and multiple gathering spaces.

When is the next retreat?

The next retreat is scheduled for AUG 2026. We recommend reserving your spot early, as space is limited to maintain an intimate group experience.

What’s included in the cost?

Your retreat ticket includes:

  • Lodging for 4 nights

  • All meals by our private chef

  • Daily wellness practices (meditation, yoga, sound bath, somatic release)

  • Group activities and workshops

  • Journals, materials, and gifts

  • Quiet time, shared stories, and creative expression

Do I need to have experience with yoga or meditation?

Not at all. All offerings are beginner-friendly and completely optional. This retreat is about listening to your body and honoring what feels right for you.

What are the sleeping arrangements like?

There are both shared and private rooms available. We do our best to accommodate preferences and pair guests thoughtfully if sharing. All rooms are clean, cozy, and designed with your comfort in mind.

What about food allergies or dietary needs?

Our chef is happy to accommodate dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. Please note your preferences when you register.

What should I pack?

We’ll send out a detailed packing list closer to the retreat, but essentials include:

  • Comfortable clothing for movement

  • Layers for cool mornings/evenings

  • Swimsuit, sandals, and runners

  • Toiletries

  • Personal Snacks

  • Phone Charger

  • Cozy blanket, book, slippers

  • Journal, water bottle, favorite snacks

  • Any medications or self-care items you rely on

  • An open heart (the rest will come)

What is the vibe of the retreat?

Spill is gentle, soulful, and spacious. Expect cozy conversations, quiet mornings, belly laughs, moments of creative flow, and space to just be. There’s no pressure to participate in everything. We welcome you exactly as you are.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely. Many participants arrive solo and leave with deep connections. This is a welcoming space where friendship often unfolds naturally.
